Skills training consists of training and workshops in different areas created according to the needs of the participants. The focus of training is on the development of individuals in civil society organizations since the development of individual competencies contributes to the development of the organization in which they work.
By attending these training sessions, representatives of civil society organizations will acquire the competencies necessary for team building and development, coordination, communication, distribution of team roles, conflict resolution, negotiation, decision making; in a word, the competencies essential for the successful organization management.
