‘’The human brain is a wonderful thing. It starts working the moment you are born, and never stops until you stand up to speak in public.’’ This sentence was spoken by Mark Twain and it is possibly the best way to describe how most people feel regarding public speaking. Only a handful of people were born with a talent for public speaking, and even the best of them get anxious before a performance. However, a public speaking performance is mostly a matter of good preparation and practice, and by developing the adequate skills, it is possible to achieve good public speaking.
The goal of this training is to familiarize yourself with the techniques and tools of public speaking, to develop multiple communication styles, and a clear and persuasive way of getting your message across.

• How to deal with stage fright
• How to identify the different communication styles and adapt them to the audience they’re addressing
• How to react to a demanding audience
• How to adapt the tips and rules of public speaking to their own style of presenting
