- The very first joint initiative was established between BOS, Eneca and OTP bank in the area of entreprenurship within the project " Civil Society as a Force for a Change in the Serbia's EU Accession Process– CS4EU".
- Realizing very first in a series of events under the new Integration/Innovation component, over 80 representatives of the civil and business sector were informed in establishing and promoting joint initiatives
- The realization of follow-up session of Share Envision event-"Shi(f)t happens", through the enhancement of leadership capabilities, the capacities of 10 representatives of companies, participants of the previously realized S&E event, were strengthened, while five HR managers were informed about the event itself.
- The realization of Share&Envision Advanced event strengthened the capacities of companies through developing leadership skills of 10 senior and top management representatives of those companies.
- The realization of five Share&Envision events strengthened the capacities of 30 companies through developing leadership skills of over 60 senior and top management representatives of those companies.
- Realizing the 7 Youth2Business events established and/or improved the cooperation with 35 companies through their connecting with over 280 young people, which strengthened the capacities of both sides in the process of bridging the gap between the education world and the job market.
- Through open trainings and in-house education, the capacities of over a 200 participants, business sector representatives, were strengthened on various topics which met the needs of the employees’ development.
- BOS has, through numerous trainings and training courses, contributed to strengthening the capacities of over 200 civil society representatives in the field of public advocacy and representation.
- By creating an offer for in-house education for the Hemofarm Company, participating in the two-month long selection process, choosing BOS as one of the executors of the in-house education and by signing the one-year contract, cooperation with the Hemofarm Company was established in the field of capacity building.
- Based on the signed one-year contract on in-house employee education, the capacities of the Hemofarm Copmany were strengthened through providing trainings for managers of this company.
- Creating and realizing the '‘Intermezzo for you'’ educational program dedicated to improving the communication between the Sarantis Company and their consumers, and to the increase of the visibility of their brand, Bioten, through personal and professional development of 15 consumers of this brand.
- Participation in the AmChamps program (2015/16 and 2016/17) strengthened the capacities of over 80 managers and their mentees in the fields of public speaking and mentorship, which also improved the cooperation with AmCham.
- Maintaining the site and developing e-commerce solutions (online stores) contributed to improving communication between the Trayal Company and their consumers and increase the visibility of their offer.
