The goal of the‘’Real meeting – A day in the desired profession’’(Job Shadowing) programme is to give young people the opportunity to spend one work day with a representative of a specific profession in a specific company, and this way, meet the obligations and challenges of certain professions. Through Job shadowing, and designed internship and apprenticeship programmes, young people gain experience and get to see the challenges in a work environment. This way, young people develop the skills and knowledge necessary in today’s business environment, which simultaneously prepares them to successfully complete assignments.
On the other hand, by participating in these activities, employers are connected with potential staff for the development of their business through company promotion. By connecting with potential young staff, companies strengthen their capacities and develop not only the potentials of young people, but also their own.
