Description
Valuable feedback, when provided in a correct manner, can positively affect work results. Feedback points out what it is we are not doing well, and what we could be doing better. We can look at feedback with disdain but, if we analyze it, feedback can become an opportunity to expand our understanding of other people’s perceptions, and we can use it as a tool for achieving positive results.
The goal of this training is for the participants to familiarize themselves with the concepts of giving and receiving feedback. By learning about different personality types, recognizing the different styles of providing and receiving feedback, and perfecting feedback communication, participants will be able to use feedback for their own personal development and the development of their teams.
