Description
Managing teams requires a continuous development of teamwork skills. Even when the team has few members, assigning the roles well, and good communication within the team are crucial for success and for achieving the desired results.
The goal of this training is to improve the knowledge about factors which affect team building and development, and mastering teamwork techniques, as well as creating strategies for successful communication within a team. Familiarizing yourself with the strategies for creating team dynamics, i.e. quality team building and its efficient functioning will affect the employees’ productivity and satisfaction.

Participants will learn:
• How to create and direct the elements which affect teamwork and team development
• How to use and adapt adequate communication styles based on the different team roles and different personality types
• How to improve the skills necessary for successful negotiation within a team
• How to become aware of their own team’s advantages and how to face the disadvantages

The training lasts two days i.e. it consists of six 90-minute blocks.
