The training by the Belgrade Open School, aimed at promoting the capacities of civil society organizations, includes educational programs, training sessions, and workshops tailored to the needs of the users. The goal of all training sessions is to build capacities and strengthen the human resources of representatives of civil society organizations that will, through their organizations, influence social changes based on freedom, knowledge, and innovation.

Teaching can be organized in the form of educational programs lasting from several months one year, summer and winter schools, weekend seminars and intensive courses. In addition to training, BOŠ also performs mentoring programs, created in accordance with the needs of users, provides consulting services and expert support in all of these areas.

The certified team of Belgrade Open School trainers holds training sessions in the following areas:

• Policy paper writing; 
• Public advocacy; 
• Soft skills training; 
• Management of civil society organizations.
