The goal of training in organizational management is to strengthen internal capacities and thus improve the quality of work and activities of organizations. These training sessions provide managers with standards that can guide them through an assessment of the environment in which their organization exists, enabling them to adequately respond to environmental challenges.
Civil society organizations are based on the principle of free association and accountability. By implementing their activities, CSOs contribute to meeting some of the public or community needs, as well as to social change in certain areas.
Issues of resources and relationships as they occur in the organization are in the focus of an organization management. In addition to managing internal resources (e.g. human, financial, technical) organizations from the civil sector have obligations towards the community in which they operate, donors and partners who support their activities, as well as their own values and goals.
