Training in policy paper writing is targeted at civil society organizations that participate or have the potential to participate in the decision-making process at the local and/or national level.

Students are given the knowledge and skills to write and use policy papers. In this way, contributions are made to the development of an open, democratic society, the development of an inclusive and transparent policy- and decision-making process.
