Description
The concept of ‘’burnout’’ is one of the main problems working people have. Stress is a factor which contributes most to employee burnout. The consequences of stress and burnout cost the company a lot of money, because of low employee productivity, excessive sick leave and layoffs. By using stress management techniques, we can efficiently prevent burnout.
The goal of this training is for the participants to understand how stress affects them and their work efficiency, as well as their personal lives outside of work, by learning how to identify the factors which will increase the level of stress in their lives and by being able to apply the right techniques to eliminate or lessen those factors.

Participants will learn:
• How to understand the concept and nature of stress, stress management and how to prevent it
• How to recognize the factors which affect work-related stress
• What are the techniques which can lessen the effects of stress
Who is the training intended for?
All those who are exposed to stressful situations on a daily basis, and who wish to improve their stress management skills.
Training duration:
The training lasts one day and consists of three 90-minute blocks.
