Description
The American author Zig Ziglar described motivation as follows: "People often say that motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing - that's why we recommend it daily." Various factors affect people’s energy and will to be dedicated to their work, their role in the team, achieving results and goals. Motivation is not constant, neither on the personal nor at the level of the team, it is something that should be worked on constantly.
The goal of the training is for the participants to gain advanced knowledge on the different motivation theories, and especially on motivational beliefs and attribution theories. Participants will also be able to apply different strategies for increasing motivation in order to accomplish their personal goals and increase their co-workers’ motivation.

• How to master the practical application of the knowledge on motivational beliefs with the goal of maintaining and increasing motivation
