Conflicts in the workplace can affect the productivity and motivation of employees and the whole organization climate. Developing and maintaining positive interpersonal relationships is a necessity in the business world of today. Resolving conflicts is an inevitable part of the job. Identifying conflict causes and successful management of uncomfortable situations requires active listening and positive communication.
The goal of this training is for participants to familiarize themselves with the different ways of approaching a conflict situation, to recognize their own personal approach style, and to notice the aspects of that approach that can be changed. It is necessary they understand that people approach conflicts differently, and that is what a conflict situation resolution strategy should be based around.

• How to learn more about yourself and others in a conflict situation
• How to develop effective conflict resolution strategies

Training duration:
The training lasts one day and consists of three 90-minute blocks.
