Description
In the modern concept of business, the client is no longer just a customer or client; they are also essentially a partner and co-creator of the product and services.
The goal of this training is to clarify the concept and emphasize the importance of client orientation, and to show, on practical examples, the benefits of client oriented business. This training should motivate participants to apply, on their own, and practice behaviors which reflect the client oriented approach in everyday work.
