Motivation

Description
Research in the field of motivation shows that motivation is connected to achievement and progress, as well as the level of personal satisfaction. So it is extremely important to know the terms of this field and to master the techniques for maintaining and improving motivation.

The goal of this training is for the participants to familiarize themselves with the different theories on motivation and the importance it has for achieving success in their work, as well as using motivation techniques in their job. This training should also encourage participants to take into consideration how their own and others’ actions reflect on motivation, and apply what they learned in practice in order to keep and encourage their own motivation and the motivation of others.

Educational outcomes

Participants will learn:
• How to identify basic terms of the motivation theory field as well as how to use them
• How to connect motivation with work success and work satisfaction
• How to apply motivation techniques in the work environment

Who is the training intended for?
All those who wish to learn how to identify what factors affect the oscillations occurring in motivation, and how to control them.

Training duration:
The training lasts one day and consists of three 90-minute blocks.
