Description
Within the process of transition and adopting new work technologies it is necessary that a staff be formed and educated, and it is highly unlikely that any company can expect growth and development without staff development. All content that should be transferred to employees must find the most efficient and simple way of getting to its listeners. This training teaches employees to use methods of simple and efficient transfer of knowledge to adults.
The goal of this training is that employees efficiently and in accordance with the rules, transfer knowledge onto their co-workers.

• All company employees, who will find themselves in a situation where they transfer new technology, work approaches and procedures to their co-workers
• Professionals who have it as a part of their job, to teach staff and present different content for the needs of their company
• Persons in positions responsible for training new staff
• Persons who deal with presenting certain products or facilitating larger gatherings and running big meetings
• Persons who are not professional trainers, but who, during the course of their work, occasionally take on the roles of trainer and transfer knowledge to adults
