Description
One of the key mechanisms in modern business is goal setting. The skill of setting realistic and fact-based goals, which should at the same time be encouraging, is necessary as a framework for prioritization in activities, employees’ motivation, development of time and process management strategies.
The goal of this training is the development and improvement of analytical skills in order to better examine the expected results and available resources, and familiarize yourself with the methods prioritization. This is how the various modalities and strategies of goal setting will be presented. Good goal setting provides a solid balance between emergency situations, the need for focusing on priorities and motivation.

• How to master advanced techniques which, with the help of goal setting, motivate and develop their team
