Description
A cross-sector cooperation and regular communication between teams is most often realized through joint planning and coordination of activities agreed upon during meetings. In order to make the division of roles clear, assignments specified, and the cooperation productive, the meetings are the first indicator of the way you communicate and achieve the goals set.
The goal of this training is to familiarize the participants with good preparation for running and actively participating in meetings, and with a successful realization of discussions about questions requiring answers, so that the meeting itself would be as productive as possible.
