Description
Assertive communication is the most successful communication style. This communication style is a skill which can be learned, practiced and perfected.
The goal of this training is to reduce the amount of stress, misunderstandings and number of unfinished business tasks and projects, through adopting assertive communication techniques.
Educational outcomes
Participants will learn:
• How to value themselves and their rights
• How to identify their own needs and seek their fulfillment
• How to recognize that people are responsible for their own actions
• How to express negative thoughts and emotions in a healthy way
• How to accept criticism and compliments in a positive way
• How to say NO when needed

All those who wish to improve their communication skills, and their skills of giving and receiving information.
Training duration:
The training lasts two days, i.e. six 90-minute blocks.
