Goal Setting

Description
People often perceive goal setting as something that happens by default. However, goal setting is a necessary process which enables the required analysis to be done, in order to monitor the achievements, evaluate your own efficacy, motivation and competence.

The goal of this training is to point out to the participants the successful models of goal setting and their importance, result evaluation methods and recognizing the elements and factors that can speed up or endanger goal setting and goal achievement.

Educational outcomes

Participants will learn:
• Why goal setting is important
• How to use goal setting as a mechanism for successful work performance
• What factors should be taken into consideration when setting goals
• How to examine the relationship between expected results and available resources
• What are goal setting techniques
• How to evaluate achieved results

Who is the training intended for?
Managers who are responsible for team results and processes.

Training duration:
The training lasts two days, i.e. six 90-minute blocks.
