Description
The vast majority of contemporary positions require teamwork as a way of completing given assignments. Because of the flow of information, dynamic nature of the work environment, division of responsibilities and achieving results, the teamwork skill is one of the most valuable competencies in the job market.
The aim of this training is to provide basic knowledge about the factors affecting the building and development of a team, as well as teamwork techniques. The participants can, through practice simulations, acquaint themselves with the roles and communication within a team, test out their capabilities in that type of work, and recognize the different forms and ways of successful communication.
Education outcomes
Participants will learn:
• How to recognize the different elements and factors which influence team development, and how to use them
• How to understand their own role and the roles of others in the team, as well as the interdependence of these roles
• What are the skills necessary for successful negotiation within a team
• How to recognize the characteristics of (their own) successful team.

All those who complete their tasks within a team and want to improve their teamwork skills.
Training duration:
The training lasts one day, and consists of three 90-minute blocks.
