Ethical Aspects of Business

Description
The imperatives of modern business are competition, timely innovations, profit increase and achieving ambitious business goals. In an attempt to complete demanding business tasks and realize their personal ambitions, the ethical aspects of individuals’ actions often take the back seat. However, it’s been proven that (from the ethical aspect) employees’ morally wrong decisions can be just as harmful as bad business decisions. Sometimes, all it takes is one wrong action to draw the public’s attention and ruin the reputation of an organization, or an entire industry. Research shows that nurturing an ethical climate in a corporation, increases employees’ morals, improves the brand’s reputation, encourages loyalty with clients and employees, and above all, increases profit in the long term. Organizations which have the image of those who do the right thing when sensitive issues are raised, invest in socially responsible business and in their employees’ ethical education, attract investors and talents more easily.

The goal of this training is to familiarize employees with the most important issues in the area of business ethics and the related examples of good practice, so that, in their everyday work, they will be able to make the right decisions more easily, and for their own benefit and the benefit of the organization.
