Follow-up session of the Share&Envison event - "Shi(f)t happens", was held on 25th of April at the premises of the Belgrade Open School. The session was attended by the participants of the previously organized S&E event, who had the opportunity to hear more and get acquainted with the concept of Energy Leadership through a dynamic discussion with the marketing and communication expert in Serbia and Southeast Europe, Misa Lukic.

Misa Lukic, Founder & Chief Business Designer of the New Strategy, has discussed with the participants about the seven levels of energy leadership and offered some answers to various important questions, such as how energy presents us before we even speak, what are the levels of destructive energy and how to combat them, and what are the levels of the other, constructive energy and how to reach them and channel them. Who are the diamonds in the company, what do different levels of energy characterize and which are the preferred forms of energy in teams - all of that has been revealed by Misa who has presented his extensive knowledge and expertise in this field in a truly inspiring manner.

The Belgrade Open School will organize a new Share&Envision event in May 2018, where the representatives of various companies will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating environment with inspirational people to gain new insights and expand their knowledge.
