Share&Envision Advanced event with topic “Peak Performance Leadership”, organized by the Belgrade Open School (BOS), was held from 30th to 31st May at the scientific research center Viminacium.
Meetings between senior and top managers of companies in Serbia have pointed to similar challenges that participants face at previous Share&Envision events, regardless of different industries in which their companies operate. With desire to improve the programme and empower company representatives, the Belgrade Open School has created and implemented the Share&Envision Advanced programme, i.e. advanced level cycles of S&E events.
During the first day of the programme, participants experienced Viminacium first of all through the speech by Professor Miomir Korac, a visionar who had put his leadership skills in the service of the research of the past in order to leave a legacy priceless for future generations, but also through a tour of archaeological sites.
Misa Lukic, CEO at Publicis One CEE, and Dragana Lukic, COR.E Leadership Dynamics Specialist (CLDS), have started the working part of the programme through an in-depth analysis of leadership energy levels. Participants have analyzed challenges in leadership development and ways to overcome them, as well as how, as leaders, we need to be aware of the leadership identity, but also of the perception of that identity. Preparatory part of the Share&Envision Advanced programme has included individual work with participants, during which participants had had the opportunity to solve energy leadership tests developed at the American Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC), and have received analysis and advice on how to improve their personal leadership style through a debrief session with a licensed expert.
Inspiring as always, Peca Popovic haw shared with participants the story of limits of reality, ingenuity and madness, and his guest, Branko Prazic, has closed the first day of the programme through stories of Dusko Trifunovic, accompanied by his songs.
On the second day, a session on the interdependence of organizational culture and leadership has been led by Stanka Pejanović, CEO at Gorenje and Tatjana Knežević, IBW Strategy. Through tests and case studies, as well as guidance through complex process of decision-making, Stanka Pejanovic and Tatjana Knežević indicated to participants the most common blind spots necessary during this process.
At the end of the programme, the importance of developing those skills that can help us to predict consequences of actions and events that are beyond our experience were highlighted - superhuman perspectives on achievements of the human species. General Director of the Belgrade Open School, Vesna Djukic, officially closed the Share&Envision Advanced programme and awarded participants with certificates.
