Fourth Share&Envision event with topic “Sharpening Leadership Skills” organized by Belgrade Open School (BOS) took place from 17th to 19th November at Kaštel Ečka.
Share&Envision event is a leadership programme intended for high-ranking managers with rich experience, who would significantly contribute to their own personal and professional development by sharing ideas and experiences, as well as to the development of company from which they come.
Event has been opened by Tanja Milovanović, Business Development Manager in BOS and event gathered high-level managers from different companies such as Ernst&Young, Societe Generale, Credit Agricole, Sarantis, Nikola Tesla Airport, Komercijalna banka, BPI Holding.
Bojan Brank, leadership couch and executive adviser, through session How to manage yourself, your team and your own contact network, discuss with participants about challenges that people on leadership positions face in their daily work.
Miša Lukić, CEO at Publicis One for Central and Eastern Europe, through session Shi(f)t happens, spoke about psychological aspect which is important to identify ways for team improvement and individual development.
Always inspiring, Peca Popović, shared with participants inspirational stories about leaders who created and changed music industry of 20th century and in what way same persons have impact on important world events. To prove that his scouting talent still does not subside, he invited in guests fantastic pianist Iva Ikon, which is now traditionally, with amazing musical talent made that participants enjoy in wine and pleasant atmosphere.
On second day, Stanka Pejanović, CEO Gorenje, has generously shared her enormous experience and has pointed out best ways to cope with challenges encountered in business.
Zorica Tomić, philosopher and communicologist, discussed with participants about what makes leaders recognizable, phenomenon of scene and business sphere which is very competitive and what are important characteristics for creation and survival of leading positions in this sphere.
Last day, during closed session Share the dare, participants shared their personal experiences about challenges and dilemmas they faced in their professional career. Vesna Đukić, General Director of Belgrade Open School awarded participants with certificates and closed fourth Share&Envision event.
Next year in March, BOS will organize advanced level of this event which will bring together participants last four organized Share&Envision event.
