Simultaneously carrying out several tasks, setting priorities, organizing your schedule so as to ensure the best possible performance, have all become a requirement of employees in all positions. Efficient process management brings dynamics into completing work tasks, but it can also occasionally produce stress which can be avoided by developing time management skills.
The goal of the training is to familiarize yourself with the basic presumptions, concepts and challenges of time management, including prioritization and focus, as well as practical advice and techniques, the use of which can be a kind of time management skill of its own.

• How to recognize the causes of bad time organization and use adequate techniques for overcoming them
• How to adopt techniques for better work organization
• How to recognize the biggest ‘’time thieves’’ and learn about the ways of eliminating them
