Description
Efficient time management and prioritization affect not only the results achieved, but interpersonal relationships, associates’ satisfaction and motivation, and long-term planning and goal setting.
The goal of this training is the improvement of time management skills, i.e. creating strategies for simplified and easier prioritization, focusing on goals and activities. Participants will learn how to successfully identify the causes of ‘time wasting’, how to effectively delegate tasks, deal with frequent interruptions in their work, plan and realize meetings, and all this in the goal of establishing a rational organization of their own schedule and the team’s schedule.

• How to prioritize when performing tasks
• How to improve techniques for eliminating the causes of bad organization
• How to come up with and adopt strategies for better work organization
• How to identify the biggest ‘’time thieves’’ and learn about the ways of eliminating them
• How to reduce the time spent in meetings
• How to evaluate if the ‘’emergency’’ situation can wait after all

Training duration:
The training lasts two days, i.e. six 90-minute blocks.
