Description
The consequences of bad stress management, and the inability to recognize stress and its possible effects on co-workers, can lead to more or less serious obstacles in completing tasks, interpersonal relationships and long-term efficiency. By understanding the complexity of continuous exposure to stress in a dynamic work environment, and by using stress management techniques, we prevent that critical level of stress which endangers us and our co-workers.
