Advanced Leadership and Motivation

Description
Leaders are those who initiate organizational changes and inspire employees. In order to empower and motivate their employees, leaders must first show that they themselves are open for suggestions and course changes. When leaders show commitment, employees will be motivated to contribute more to the team’s performance and the realization of set goals. However, even experienced managers often fall into the traps of not good enough delegation and ‘’micromanagement’’, that is, monitoring every phase of the task to such an extent that the members of their team have no opportunities to develop their own capacities. Inadequate and excessive involvement in the team’s regular assignments often hinders the growth of a leader identity. Accomplished leaders expect success, and their high expectations also encourage their teams to be more committed and crave challenges.

The goal of this training is for successful leaders to improve their leader identities in everyday work with people by believing in them, and their joint success, through personal self-confidence with which they also build the team’s self-confidence, through constructive identification of issues and emphasizing success, and through including co-workers in joint planning and achieving goals, i.e. the common vision.
