Result-oriented Meetings

Description
Running meetings is part of the basic skill set of every leader in a manager position. Precisely because of their integrity and credibility, every manager must run a meeting in an efficient and sensible way, and its successful realization will only further strengthen their leader identity. This in no way consists only of the promotion of their own opinions. In order to realize this skill through their leader appearance, the meeting coordinator will manage to successfully achieve the following result: the participants of the meeting feel comfortable after a successfully held meeting, full of energy, and the meeting itself is perceived as sensible and purposeful.

Educational outcomes

Participants will learn:
• How to improve the skill of running meetings
• How to improve the technique of running meetings for the achievement of different goals (informing, argumentation, delegating and etc.)
• How to encourage activity of those participating in the meeting, and create an atmosphere of openness and mutual respect
• How to reformulate the outcomes of a meeting, and present them to everyone through clear conclusions and instructions

Who is the training intended for?
Managers who wish to improve their strategic thinking, adequate task delegation, setting more long term priorities and better performance.

Training duration:
The training lasts one day and consists of three 90-minute blocks.
