Description
Anyone in the company who manages processes and teams, or is responsible for certain aspects of business, makes more or less complex decisions on a daily basis. Numerous theories, research, decision making models, represent tools which are supposed to improve and make this process easier, so it is extremely important that these tools are presented to employees so as to enable them to build and improve themselves and the organization.
The goal of this training is to improve the skills necessary for efficient decision making. The components of decision making, factors to be taken into consideration when making decisions, understanding the issue of responsibility as an inseparable part of decision making, the strategies and techniques for decision making will all be presented to participants through practical simulations. Decision making is simultaneously a skill, a process, necessary competence of employees, and a criterion of success, so through this training, participants will get the opportunity to understand the complexity, but also the possibilities of this business component.

• How to identify the relationship between organizational behavior and decision making in the company
• Which are the elements of decision making and phases of the decision making process
• What different kinds of decision making and decisions exist, and how to recognize those most used in their environment
• What are the conditions for decision making and what factors affect decision making
• What possible challenges could occur while making decisions and how to overcome them
• Which conditions and reasons are justified when not making decisions
