Description
Many managers often feel overbooked and stressed. Even with great organization, they cannot accomplish everything necessary in order to achieve the expected result. A possible cause of this is an insufficiently developed skill of delegating jobs. Entrusting someone with a job is a great responsibility and managers most often feel that they themselves would do the job much better and faster than any member of the team.
The goal of this training is to improve the delegation and empowerment skills by perceiving their aspects. When the deadline is defined, it is important to evaluate whether it is rational to delegate the job to someone. In the short run, this could seem like an insufficient use of one’s time, but in the long run, it pays off to develop and strengthen employees’ competencies by delegating jobs, so in that way they would achieve the best results possible in as little time as possible.
