Description
Manager experience says that no matter how well you manage your time, you cannot manage to do everything you want on your own, and that is not even the purpose of management. Nowadays, the business world is dominated by the notion that the delegation skill is one of the most important skills required to successfully lead a team. Insufficient delegation puts managers into a situation where they are constantly busy, not satisfied enough with the team members’ productivity, and don’t develop their potentials sufficiently.
The goal of this training is for the participants to learn how to set the foundations of successful job delegation and what skills are necessary for delegation, as well as to find the right person for the task delegated. Also, by setting a delegation goal, participants will be able to establish whether the delegation purpose was achieved after the tasks are completed.
