Description
An important segment of communication, especially in the work environment, is active listening, considering that successful communication, apart from the speaker, also includes an active listener and feedback. Clear and precise conveying of information affects business results, and that is why an active listener, who carefully pays attention not only to what is said, but also to the way it is said and the aim of the conversation, is crucial for the message not to get lost or misinterpreted. A genuine interest and understanding of what the interlocutor is saying, analyzing their needs and the messages communicated both verbally and non-verbally, enable the employees to better answer the demands set before them, and successfully complete their tasks thanks to relevant information and directions.
The goal of the training is to clarify the components and advantages of active listening, and to enable the participants to incorporate active listening into communicating with their colleagues on a daily basis.
