Description
One of the main obstacles for a solid team performance and good relationships within a team, could be the members’ lack of commitment to the process of giving and receiving feedback. Through acquiring advanced knowledge and improving these skills, participants of this training will understand how to properly use and accept feedback. By practicing giving feedback with difficult people and in challenging situations, this training aims to build confidence and the willingness to give and receive feedback.

• How to recognize challenges when giving feedback
• How to make an action plan for improving their personal feedback communication style
