The BOS alumni shine again - strong support for the new generations!

From 10 to 16 of September BOS alumni week was successfully held. The third annual gathering of BOS alumni with the aim to raise funds for the realization of the Educational programme Future studies was maintained online.

Alumni from the previous 26 generations had the opportunity to participate in various events that made up the program of the BOS week. The first event was the acoustic play of the singer-songwriter FlukeT. After that, BOS alumni discussed solidarity, empathy, and love with Rumena Buzarovski, a writer from North Macedonia.

Another part of the BOS week was a lecture by Darko Donevski, an astrophysicist who participated in the team that discovered the most distant known galaxy. He gave a lecture about mapping the universe and ways to understand invisible evolutions.

At the end of the BOS week, alumni participated in BOS trivia night and tested their general knowledge and fun facts about BOS and the programme. Participants in the quiz received a package of Healthy products from Servus Compan, Basa Jantar '16 wines, and Moritz Eis ice creams.

All alumni who donated to the program receive the book Salonica: City of Ghosts, by renowned historian Mark Mazower, professor of Balkan and European history at Columbia University in New York, as well as vouchers for Moritz Eis ice cream and organic fruits and vegetables

Over 20 lectures for the next 28th generation  Future Studies, which will begin its BOS journey in October, will be financed from the funds raised.
