In the Spring semester, students of the Future Studies educational programme have the opportunity to attend lectures within the Future of Europe module. Lectures on this module take place on Thursday, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

The aim of the module is to enable students to critically reflect on the future of the European Union and its integration. Through the application of the multidisciplinary approach to each of the topics of the module, students are enabled to access different development paths of the EU, to critically participate in debates about the most important practical and political processes in the European Union. Moreover, this module is designed in order to encourage students to apply knowledge in creating public policies in Serbia within the process of European integration. Drawing upon the relevant concepts and latest literature, topics covered by this module include the historical concept of the EU development, issues surrounding sovereignty and further political unification, security challenges that the Old Continent faces and positioning of the Serbian society and state in all these processes.
