DAUS: Realized special lecture "Independent and regulatory bodies – the fourth branch?"
During her lecture, she focused on historical and theoretical, as well as on practical aspects of developing and functioning of independent and regulatory bodies. Also, Ms Jelincic dedicated part of her lecture to emphasize the experience of Serbia regarding this topic, but she also made comparative analyses of other countries experiences and organization of this fourth branch of power. The focus of the lecture was also put into context of globalization and weakening of the state, which are processes that relativez the concept of executive, legislative and judiciary power, but also the concept of independent and regulatory bodies. Students questions showed that constructive discussion characterize the debate on this topic, which has a tendency to stay open and create a base for the new philosophy of the state, society and modern world trends.
