Students participated in different lectures and workshops where they learnt how team work functions, what are the main elements of team building, how the roles within one team can be distributed and negotiation process within one team goes. Two workshops were also organized: a communication workshop and a rhetoric workshop. Lecturers and trainers were professionals from the Belgrade Open School, and they concluded that the group of students was enthusiastic, dedicated and ready to take part in all activities.

Beside this formal part of the Winter School programme, students also had an opportunity to fill their free time with sightseeing, long walks, visiting the center of Kopaonik and local Konoba, well known by its food specialties and live music. All participants concluded that the Winter School managed to create a team out of their group, so the main goal was fulfilled.
