Students participated in different lectures and workshops where they learnt how team work functions, what are the main elements of team building, how the roles within one team can be distributed and negotiation process within one team goes. Workshops were led by BOS team od trainers: Vesna Djukic, general director of BOS; Milorad Bjeletic, executive director of BOS and Vladimir Pavicevic, DAUS academic counsellor.

Beside this formal part of the Winter School programme, students also had an opportunity to fill their free time with casually socializing, sightseeing, “BOSoteka” quiz and many other unformal activities.
