Students participated in different lectures and workshops where they learnt how team work functions, what are the main elements of team building, how the roles within one team can be distributed together with how negotiation process within one team goes. Workshops were led by BOS’s trainers: Vesna Djukic, general director of BOS; Milorad Bjeletic, executive director of BOS and Vladimir Pavicevic, academic counsellor of educational program Future Studies.

Beside this formal part of the Winter School programme, students also had an opportunity to enjoy their free time by casually socializing, sightseeing, participating in “BOSoteka” quiz and many other nonformal activities.

After traditional Winter School of Team Work students will continue their activities on lectures on modules Future of the State and Society II and Views towards Europe.
