In the period between October 2000 and June 2007, two programmes were organized: "Main Programme" and "European Union and the Balkans Programme". The framework of "Main Programme" was consisted of multidisciplinary modules from the field of social and humanistic sciences, modules of skills and tutorial program, while the "European Union and the Balkans" program was based on the analysis and interpretation of the law, political, economic and cultural aspects of the development of the European idea and the European integration process. This type of program did not exist, at that moment, in the formal educational system of Serbia.
