CEU is now accepting applications for BA, MA, and PhD studies for academic year 2021/2022. Apply by February 1, 2021 for undergraduate, master’s and doctoral studies with financial aid.
Based in Vienna, Central European University brings together students and faculty from over 100 countries in a community that encourages debate and the open exchange of ideas. The university is accredited in the United States, Austria and Hungary, and starting from the academic year 2020/2021, the CEU offers its coursework in a new campus in Vienna. At CEU you can choose from 50 degree programs in 15 academic areas. CEU offers English-language graduate degree programs in the social sciences, humanities, business, economics, law, environmental sciences and policy, network science and cognitive science.
CEU now offers three BA interdisciplinary programs - Culture, Politics and Society; Philosophy, Politics and Economics and Quantitative Social Sciences. In 2018-2019, 82% of CEU students received financial aid, ranging from tuition awards to scholarships with stipends and housing. CEU’s alumni community consists of some 16,000 graduates living and working in over 130 countries. Its graduates include EU and national parliamentarians, ambassadors, UN officers, international affairs experts, heads of NGOs, economists, policymakers, business leaders, academics, international law scholars and human rights advocates.
