On June 26, 2020, Jana Bacevic, Cambridge University, held an Alumni2Alumni lecture Expertise and knowledge policies in the time of Coronavirus crisis.

The lecturer presented three different models of the relationship between the experts and politicians: in the first experts influence political decisions, in the second they legitimize and justify them, while in the third a deliberative process between the two sides exists and leads to decision making. Discussion with alumni touched upon the issues of different roles science has in capitalism and socialism and the current situation in Serbia regarding the pandemic.

Alumni2Alumni are events for the OSF alumni that give them an opportunity to listen to experts from various fields, discuss and share opinions.
