• 14 students of the XXVII Generation of Future Studies improved their teamwork skills thorugh Teamwork Winter School from March 5 to March 8, 2020.

• By realizing the thirteen ‘’New Leaders – New Opportunities’’ Regional School for Democracy, the capacities of 21 political party representatives, from Serbia and the region, were developed.

• By realizing the twelfth ‘’New Leaders – New Opportunities’’ Regional School for Democracy, the capacities of 20 political party representatives, from Serbia and the region, were developed.

• Through the ‘’Teamwork’’ training course in 2017, the knowledge of 18 Konrad Adenauer scholarship grantees was developed in these fields.

• Through open trainings and in-house education, the capacities of over a 200 participants, business sector representatives, were strengthened on various topics which met the needs of the employees’ development.

• By realizing the eleventh ‘’New Leaders – New Opportunities’’ Regional School for Democracy, the capacities of 21 political party representatives, from Serbia and the region, were developed.

• With the realization of four teamwork winter schools, the knowledge and skills of 77 participants of the ‘’Future Studies’’ and ‘’PolitiKAS’’ educational programmes were improved.

• BOS has, through numerous trainings and training courses, contributed to strengthening the capacities of over 200 civil society representatives in the field of public advocacy and representation.

• Through the ‘’Negotiation and decision making skills’’ training course, the knowledge of 24 Konrad Adenauer scholarship grantees was developed in these fields.

• By realizing the tenth ‘’New Leaders – New Opportunities’’ Regional School for Democracy, the capacities of 20 political party representatives, from Serbia and the region, were developed.

• Through four training courses and mentorship programmes for policy paper writing, the knowledge of 85 participants of the ‘’Future Studies’’ and ‘’PolitiKAS’’ educational programmes, was developed. The same was done for students of the Master’s program at the Faculty of Political Sciences, in those fields.
