Belgrade Open School has been working, through soft skills and educational trainings, on human resource development of individuals who want to change the society they live in, members of democratically oriented political parties, unions, student and other non-governmental organizations for over 20 years now.

The aim of all the soft skills and educational trainings is human resource development of individuals from different sectors and fields, so that by strengthening their own potentials and networking amongst themselves, the users can contribute to the growth of the communities they live and work in.

By creating and implementing trainings, simulations, mentor programmes created in accordance with the users’ needs, we offer a wide spectre of knowledge and skills necessary for successful participation in social life.

The soft skills and educational trainings consist of three types of skills: soft skills trainings, policy trainings (writing policy papers and public advocacy) and education for democracy.
