Policy trainings have an aim to develop new and improve the existing knowledge and skills of the participants for  designing and influencing on the policy making process, as well as to use various innovative tools in this process. Acquired and improved knowledge and skills and instruments enable trainees to impose themselves as key actors in public policy networks operating in their fields of activities.

The goal of the Education for Democracy programmes is to raise awareness, improve the skills and knowledge of primarily young people from the Western Balkans countries, so that they can actively and constructively participate in the democratic processes.

The soft skills trainings consist of trainings and workshops in various areas, created in accordance with the participants’ needs and the goal of the trainings is the individual’s development and on strengthening their personal capacities.
