The Belgrade Open School created and organized in-house training about "Energy Leadership" for the representatives of KPMG company. The training was held on Friday, November 23th, at the premises of KPMG, and training was conducted by Miša Lukić,  Founder & Chief Business Designer, New Startegy.

Through a conversation with participants, Miša discussed the seven energy levels of leadership, how energy presents us even before we talk, what are the levels of destructive energy and how to deal with it, what are the levels of constructive energy and how to reach and direct them. Through the training, the participants discussed the personal level of energy, how to manage it, and how to connect all this with the concept of leadership. How to recognize diamonds in the company, what characterizes different levels of energy and what are the preferred forms of energy in teams, was revealed to us by Miša, who in his innovative and motivating way presented his extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of "Energy Leadership".
