The open training on the topic of ''Assertive communication'' was held on the 12th of January, at the premises of the Belgrade Open School. The training was attended by various company representatives who had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the assertive communication skills and the use of these skills in everyday communication.

The training was led by Ivona Simić, trainer and head of HR with years worth of experience. Through a series of interactive and practical exercises, participants learned how to improve their assertive communication techniques, but also how to, by adopting these techniques, become qualified to confidently represent their company’s interests and their own interests. In everyday situations, the assertive communication model becomes especially important when we want to reduce the amount of stress, misunderstandings and unfinished work tasks.

The training was held in four 90-minute blocks, and participants were awarded certificates after the completed training.

In the following period, Belgrade Open School will continue organizing open trainings on various topics relevant not only for the individual’s development, but the development of the company they come from as well.
