Report "Chapter 27 in Serbia: Money talks" is the sixth annual report of the Coalition 27 that follows the publication of the European Commission's annual report. The manual was created within the project Civil Society advocates environmentally friendly socio-economic development. The World Foundation for Nature (WWF) - in cooperation with partners from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia and Turkey - implemented the project Civil society advocates environmentally friendly socio-economic development (CO-SEED). CO-SEED contributes to the sustainable management of natural resources by supporting the improvement of the legislative framework and taking into account that the decision-making process regarding new infrastructure is more transparent and open to public participation. As part of this process, the Belgrade Open School has prepared a manual, "How the public participates in the process of environmental impact assessment"
