In the year 2022, the Belgrade Open School will continue to implement the Local Actors for Clean Energy and Air project, which is supported by the European Climate Foundation. The activities that will be implemented on this project are a continuation of the activities already started in previous years, and will again be divided into two groups.The first group of activities will concern air quality in Serbia, within this group of activities we will:

• Continue to expand the network of civil air quality monitoring and data analysis;
• Monitor and actively participate in the creation of relevant laws and bylaws and actively monitor their implementation;
• Cooperate with organizations from different cities in Serbia, with the aim of joint pressure on local and national authorities to implement measures necessary to improve air quality.

The second group of activities refers to the process of decarbonisation and just energy transition, within this group of activities we will:

• Continue to cooperate with activists from the municipalities of Lazarevac and Pozarevac, on the topic of fair energy transition in these regions;
• Monitor the development of relevant documents and activities of local and national authorities;
• Plan further cooperation with Trade Union representatives;
• Actively participate in Working Groups for the development of relevant documents.
